DVD Mail Rental FAQs

How do DVD mail rentals work?

I try to make the DVD rental process as smooth as possible. Here's how it works:

  • Select the movies you'd like to rent and add them to your cart. There is a minimum of 2 rentals per order, which helps me cover shipping costs.
  • When your movies arrive, enjoy!
  • When you're ready to return them, place them in the pre-labeled shipping bag included with your order and drop off with USPS.
  • That's it!

So there's no membership?

Nope - Well, not paid anyway. Only pay for movies when you rent them. With your first rental, you will receive a FemurVision Rental Membership keychain with a unique ID on it. You can use this ID for 5% off your purchases and rentals at FemurVision.com.

When do I have to return the movies? Are there late fees?

No late fees. I recommend having your movies back in the mail within 7 days so other's can have the opportunity to rent them. Movies are considered "returned" once they receive their first USPS scan. If you try to rent more movies before the first USPS scan of your current rentals, I may hold or decline your transaction.

What's the maximum amount of discs I can have out at a time?

You can have a maximum of 3 discs at a time.

What do I do if a disc is damaged?

Accidents happen - If a disc is damaged, just let me know at Femurvision@proton.me. Include your order number with your message. When returning your discs, please include the damaged disc as I may be able to repair it.

Are there fees for damaged or lost discs?

I do not charge fees for damaged or lost discs. However, I reserve the right to ban customers from rentals at my discretion for habitually damaging or losing discs.
